Junior Data Scientist/AI Engineer

Role : You will elaborate and backtest different research strategies.

Required skills:
- Python + Basic Libraries: Must be comfortable with data manipulation (Pandas), numerical computing (NumPy), and basic ML (Scikit-Learn).
- Mathematics: Linear algebra, statistics, and probability basics (e.g., matrix ops, PCA, regression)
- AI Libraries: Familiarity with PyTorch or Keras/TensorFlow
- NLP/LLM: Experience with Embeddings (Chinese and English), RAG, Fine-tuning and prompt engineering
- Coding Best Practices: Writing modular, documented code, Git
- English: Fluent level (written, read)

Python Engineer：

Role : You will develop different AI tools for the production of strategies signals.

Required skills:
- Python + Basic Libraries: Must be comfortable with data manipulation (Pandas), numerical computing (NumPy), and basic ML (Scikit-Learn).
- AI Libraries (Plus): Familiarity with PyTorch or Keras/TensorFlow
- NLP/LLM (Plus): Experience with Embeddings (Chinese and English), RAG, Fine-tuning and prompt engineering
- Set up of API for our customers,
- Coding Best Practices: Writing modular, documented code, Git
- English: Fluent level (written, read)

Financial Analyst：

Role : You will work on the companies modelisation framework.

Required skills:
- Python + Basic Libraries: Must be comfortable with data manipulation (Pandas/Polars), numerical computing (NumPy), and basic ML (Scikit-Learn).
- Good understanding of Chinese Accounting Standards for different industries (banking and basic),
- Interest in the stock market,
